How VISAPilot-AI works

Find roles that can sponsor. Apply with evidence.

VISAPilot-AI brings together current vacancies, employer sponsor information and application support so candidates can focus their effort more carefully.

The evidence journey

Each layer answers a different question. No single signal is treated as a sponsorship guarantee.

1

Discover current vacancies

VISAPilot-AI collects opportunities from supported job sources and employer career sites, with source links and availability information.

2

Identify the employer

The platform connects the advertised organisation to an employer record and avoids attributing a vacancy when ownership is uncertain.

3

Check sponsor capability

Employer information is compared with the official UK register of licensed sponsors and the relevant licensed routes.

4

Assess the vacancy

The particular advert is checked for sponsorship statements, restrictions, occupation and salary evidence where available.

5

Compare your application

Your CV and preferences help identify fit, missing evidence and the application work that deserves attention.

6

Prepare and track

Create truthful application documents, review the employer’s process and track progress through application, interview and offer.

What the evidence labels mean

Employer verified

The organisation has been linked to a current sponsor-register entry. This indicates sponsor capability—not sponsorship for every role.

Vacancy unconfirmed

The employer may be licensed, but the vacancy does not provide enough direct evidence to confirm sponsorship for that position.

Why uncertainty is shown

Vacancy adverts are often incomplete. Treating missing information as a positive answer would mislead candidates; treating it automatically as a refusal could hide genuine opportunities. VISAPilot-AI therefore explains the available evidence and what still needs verification.

Sources and freshness

Vacancies may come from employer career systems, NHS Jobs, Civil Service Jobs and other supported sources. Source links, closing dates and assessment timestamps are retained where available. Jobs and sponsor information can change, so candidates should verify important details before applying.

What remains your decision

Technology can organise evidence, but it cannot replace employer confirmation or qualified immigration advice.

Whether to apply

Balance sponsorship evidence, suitability, salary, timing and your personal circumstances.

What to submit

Review every CV, letter, answer and declaration for accuracy before it reaches an employer.

When to seek advice

Use an appropriately qualified adviser for immigration or legal decisions specific to your circumstances.
