In brief: VisaPilot uses your information to provide job matching, sponsorship intelligence and application-preparation services. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Who we are

VisaPilot is operated by LIFI INFINITY LIMITED (company number 14896504), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Brookfield Court, Selby Road, Garforth, Leeds, England, LS25 1NB.

LIFI INFINITY LIMITED is the controller responsible for personal information processed through VisaPilot. Contact us at support@visapilot-ai.com.

2. Information we collect

Category	Examples
Account information	Name, email address, authentication identifiers and account settings.
Candidate information	CVs, employment and education history, skills, job preferences, location preferences and visa-sponsorship requirements.
Application information	Saved jobs, application status, tailored CVs, cover letters, application answers, interview preparation and outcome information you provide.
Subscription information	Plan, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. VisaPilot does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Technical and support information	Security logs, browser/device information, error records and communications with support.

3. How and why we use it

We process information to:

create and secure your account;
match your profile and CV to vacancies;
provide employer-level sponsor-licence information separately from vacancy-level sponsorship evidence;
generate CV reviews, tailored CVs, cover letters and application or interview preparation;
save your documents, applications and preferences;
manage subscriptions and prevent fraud or misuse;
provide support, maintain security and improve reliability; and
meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements.

Our principal lawful bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing VisaPilot, and compliance with legal obligations. Where legally required for an optional activity such as direct marketing, we will ask for consent.

4. AI and recommendations

VisaPilot uses automated tools to analyse job information and information you provide. Outputs are recommendations intended to support your decisions. They do not guarantee sponsorship, employment, an interview or a successful visa application, and they do not make legally significant decisions about you.

5. Who receives information

We use carefully selected providers to operate VisaPilot, including hosting/database and authentication providers, payment provider Stripe, email/support providers, job-data providers and AI-processing providers. They may process only the information needed to provide their services, subject to applicable contracts and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a properly documented business transfer.

When you choose to apply to an employer, information is shared with that employer or its recruitment provider only as needed for the route you select or authorise.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

7. How long we keep information

Account, profile and candidate documents: while your account is active and normally deleted or anonymised within 90 days after a valid account-deletion request, subject to backups and legal requirements.
Support and security records: normally up to 24 months.
Payment and accounting records: normally six years where required for tax and accounting obligations.
De-identified service statistics may be retained where they can no longer identify you.

We may retain particular records for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or comply with law.

8. Security

We use access controls, private document storage, encrypted connections and technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing, receive portable information and withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email support@visapilot-ai.com. We may need to verify your identity.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.

10. Cookies and local storage

VisaPilot uses browser storage that is necessary for sign-in, security and requested service functions. We will not place optional advertising or analytics cookies without providing any consent mechanism required by law.

11. Children

VisaPilot is intended for people aged 18 or over and is not directed to children.

12. Changes and contact
