Terms of Service

1. About VisaPilot
VisaPilot is operated by LIFI INFINITY LIMITED (company number 14896504), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Brookfield Court, Selby Road, Garforth, Leeds, England, LS25 1NB. Contact: support@visapilot-ai.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
3. What the service provides
VisaPilot provides UK job discovery, employer sponsor-licence indicators, vacancy-level sponsorship evidence, job and CV matching, document preparation, application tracking and interview or offer-stage preparation according to your plan.
Employer-level sponsorship capability is not confirmation that sponsorship is available for a particular vacancy. Vacancy evidence, scores and AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or change over time. Always verify important information with the employer and relevant official sources.
4. Not immigration, legal or recruitment advice
VisaPilot is a technology and job-intelligence service. It is not a regulated immigration adviser, law firm, recruitment agency or employer. It does not guarantee sponsorship, employment, interviews, offers, immigration permission or the accuracy or continued availability of third-party vacancies. Obtain appropriately qualified advice for immigration or legal decisions.
5. Plans and acceptable use
Features and usage allowances for Explorer, Copilot, Pro and any fixed-duration pass are shown on the Plans page at the time of purchase. We may improve or replace features, but will not materially reduce a paid plan during its paid period without a valid reason and appropriate notice.
You must not misuse VisaPilot, bypass plan limits, scrape or resell its data, interfere with security, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, submit misleading applications, or use automated access unless we expressly authorise it.
6. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation
Prices, billing periods and taxes are displayed before checkout. Recurring plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing controls provided by VisaPilot or contact support. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. A seven-day or other fixed-duration pass is a one-off purchase and does not automatically renew unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
If we change a recurring price, we will provide advance notice where required and the change will apply no earlier than your next applicable renewal.
7. Cooling-off rights and refunds
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Where you ask us to begin providing the service immediately during that period, the law may permit a proportionate deduction for service already supplied. To request cancellation or a refund, email support@visapilot-ai.com with your account email and purchase details.
After any applicable cooling-off period, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been supplied, except where required by law or where VisaPilot is materially faulty or unavailable and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights for services not provided with reasonable care and skill.
8. Your content and generated documents
You retain ownership of CVs and other material you upload. You give us a limited permission to host, process and transform that material only to operate and improve the service you request, protect the service and meet legal obligations. You confirm you have the right to provide it.
You may use documents generated for your own job applications. You are responsible for reviewing their accuracy, truthfulness and suitability before submission. Do not submit generated statements that misrepresent your experience or qualifications.
9. Third-party services and vacancies
VisaPilot relies on third-party services and job sources. Their content, availability and terms are outside our control. Links or vacancy listings do not constitute endorsement. Employers and recruitment platforms remain responsible for their own application processes and decisions.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance or events outside reasonable control. Where practical, we will provide notice of material planned interruptions.
11. Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you or third parties, employer decisions, immigration outcomes, or use of the service contrary to these terms.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, but not business losses. If you use VisaPilot for business purposes, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using VisaPilot at any time. We may restrict or terminate an account for serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment or legal necessity. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to correct the issue. Account closure does not automatically create a refund beyond your legal rights.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use and protect personal information and how to exercise data-protection rights.
14. Ownership of VisaPilot
VisaPilot's software, branding, interface and original service content belong to LIFI INFINITY LIMITED or its licensors. Except for your permitted personal use, you may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit them without written permission.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons. Material changes affecting existing paid users will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires express agreement.
16. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law in your part of the United Kingdom. Contact support@visapilot-ai.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
