Community Staff Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic staff nurse to join First Community Health and Care working with the Responsive Services Team. You will complete assessments in the patients home and undertake treatments including IV medications, wound assessment, and management. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to promote independence of patients to ensure they can remain in their own home. First Community is a staff-owned social enterprise, rated Good by the CQC, providing NHS community services across east Surrey and parts of West Sussex. The post holder will work under the direction of the Responsive Services Charge Nurse/Sister as part of the Responsive Services team which consists of Intermediate Care Team, Urgent Community Response team, Referral Hub and the Virtual Ward.
